North Coast Harbor Development Plan, Ordinance No. 561-14

The following is information received from a presentation to Cleveland City Council, Joint Transportation and Development, Planning & Sustainability Committee.  Outlines plans for the development of a North Coast Habor project to include residential, office and retail space as well as a K-8 school.  Documents include an executive summary of Ordinance No. 561-14 and PowerPoint Presentation.

The project represents a proposed three-phase project that includes a 50 year triple net lease for approximately 21 acres of lakefront property.  Development includes plans for 1,000 apartments, 80,000 sq ft office space, 40,000 sq ft retail space, and plans for a K-8 feeder school for the MC2 STEM High School at the Great Lakes Science Center.
